If You Give a Mouse a Cookie Baking & Storytime
Saturday, July 9
2 PM
Join Kitschen Bakery and The Learning Cottage for a classic storytime! Kids will make chocolate chip cookies to enjoy with a glass of milk. Each child will take home a wooden spoon and a copy of the cookie recipe.
Tickets are free but required due to limited capacity.
Quilting Circle
Second Wednesdays, July 13, August 10, September 14
5:30PM
The quiltng circle will meet the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30PM. Open to all ages and skill levels. Participants will hand stitch quilt squares throughout the year, which will then be assembled into a quilt that will be auctioned off for charity. The first quilt will be a simple log cabin style. Fabric and thread provided. Please bring scissors, needles, pins and other hand sewing supplies.
No tickets required.
Friday Nights Uptown: The Rural Kings

Enjoy free live music from a trio of very talented boys on guitar and banjo. Expect traditional, bluegrass and old-time music.
Specialty coffee drinks and snacks will be available.

Bluegrass Jam
Third Sundays, July 17, August 21, September 18, October 16
3PM
Musicians of all ages and levels are invited to join in this free bluegrass jam. The jam, led by Gary Puckett, is suited for all levels and instruments. Players have the opportunity to choose which songs the group will play.
Come to play, sing along or enjoy a cup of coffee and listen to some old-fashioned music!

Gnome Tea Party #1
Saturday, July 23
3PM-4:30PM
A chance for the kiddos to hang with their gnomies! The event will include crafts, activties and snacks: make a sock gnome, go on a gnome scavenger hunt in the bakery, enjoy cookies and lemonade.
This class is appropriate for children 7-10 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

A chance for the kiddos to hang with their gnomies! The event will include crafts, activties and snacks: make a gnome biome, learn about plants and soil health, decorate a gnome cookie and enjoy lemonade.
This class is appropriate for children 9-12 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
